One of the perks of being a well-rounded athlete possessing both strength and flexibility. Right now I am focusing on getting bigger muscles but ultimately not only do I want to keep the flexibility I currently have, I want to gain some. (Until very recently I’ve been neglecting flexibility training over the years.) I want to have big bulging muscles and go to yoga.
